Engelwood is happy to open its stable doors to tired equine travelers.  We know how exhausting it is to travel with equine friends.  We'll be more than happy to help you settle in after the long haul.  

Engelwood loves to cater to equines in need.  You can send us your injured equine friends & we will nurse them back to pristine health. We will also foal, breed, wean & graze your broodmares.

 

 		Training Barn & Indoor Arena
Lay Over Stables Your horses accommodations will be airy 12 x12 horse-safe stalls, with front bars and full size see-thru sliding doors.  Every stall has a tie-ring and eye screws to hang your buckets and hay bags on.  Fluffy fresh bedding will be waiting for our guests.  There is a turnout located just outside the doors for your convenience.

We are conveniently located just 1½ miles off of interstate 80 & 25 minutes off of interstate 81.  We are located on a straight easy access road just 5 minutes from numerous hotels & restaurants. Click for map. Layover Stalls

A negative Coggins within 6 months
A current health certificate within 30 days
Water & feed buckets
$20.00 cash fee per horse/paid before unloading
